We are pleased to introduce to you our family's recipe for bringing out the best flavors in all your cooking. Our mother, Ena Meihaus, created "My House All Purpose Seasoning" over forty years ago. She was allergic to artificial flavorings and preservatives, and wanted to create a special blend to spice up fresh meats and vegetables. Using coarse salt, as it has no additives and delivers more flavor than regular table salt, along with various spices until she was satisfied with the taste. The final recipe consisted of coarse salt, enhanced with seven selected herbs and spices, which she named "My House All Purpose Seasoning.
"My House" is the only all-purpose seasoning we know of using coarse salt as it's main ingredient and has no iodized table salt. "My House" is All Natural, with No MSG, Preservatives, Oils, Gluten or Sugars. "My House" may be used when preparing virtually any type of food - meats, fish, poultry, pork, vegetables, soups, salads and sauces. It is also delicious used as a table salt to season - pasta, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, rice and salads - anything you wish to :spice up" a little.
