My House Beer Bread 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp. My House All Purpose Seasoning 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer - room temperature 1/2 cup shredded Colby or cheddar cheese 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, My House All Purpose Seasoning, soda and sugar. Gently stir in the beer and cheese. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Pour melted butter on top of loaf. Bake in pre-heated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Makes 12 to 16 servings. Uncle Billy's Pork Steaks 5 lb. Pork Steaks 16 oz. Barbecue sauce - your favorite 2 cans beer 4 oz spicy mustard - Dijon works well 3 oz Worcestershire sauce 1 bottle steak sauce (A-1, or Heinz 57 enough to cover steaks) 1 tablespoon garlic - or as much as you like 1/2 yellow onion - chopped 1 each red, green & yellow pepper - chopped My House All Purpose Seasoning
Directions: Rub pork steaks with My House All Purpose Seasoning. Score the pork steaks on a high heat grill. This means to pre-grill the steaks - not to cook, just to get the grill marks of flavor. Place the pre-grilled steaks into pot (2 gallon pot at least) Add all your sauce, beer and other ingredients - steaks need to be submerged in liquid. Bonnie & Jennifer's Baked Potatoes Directions: Wash Potatoes first - Pierce potato several times with fork to allow steam to escape - Lightly rub potato with olive oil - Sprinkle My House All Purpose Seasoning onto a plate, then roll potato in the My House All Purpose Seasoning. Oven Baking: Pre-heat oven to 400 - Place potatoes on oven rack and bake for 45 to 60 minutes depending on how crispy you want the skin. Microwave Oven: Place one potato at a time and microwave on high until tender, turning potato over halfway through - medium size (5 ounce) 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes - large size (9 ounce) 5 to 9 minutes. Directions: Mix Beef and My House All Purpose Seasoning into 4 loose patties. Loose patties make for juicer burgers. Cook till done and serve on toasted buns.

Directions: Sauté' ground beef in My House All Purpose Seasoning sprinkled fry pan. Break up coarsely, cook until lightly brown. Mix ketchup or barbecue sauce into browned meat. Robert's Macaroni and Cheese 1 pkg., elbow macaroni 1 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 1 tsp. My House All Purpose Seasoning 3 eggs beaten paprika
Directions: Cook macaroni per directions on package. Melt butter and cheese in milk, cook until melted. My House Eggs 2 Eggs 2 Slices of Bread (wheat or white) 4 Slices of Bacon (pork or turkey) My House All Purpose Seasoning
Directions: Cut bacon slices in half – cook till almost done. Form bacon into two squares and break egg into the middle of each square. When egg just start to turn white sprinkle a little My House All Purpose Seasoning onto each egg. Toast bread then lay finished egg and bacon onto toast. Poppy Seed Chicken 4 LB chicken breast - cooked, boned and cubed 20 oz of chicken soup 2 cups of sour cream 1/2 cup of white wine My House All Purpose Seasoning 1 cup of Ritz cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of melted butter poppy seed
Directions: Sprinkle chicken lightly with My House All Purpose Seasoning and add water into deep baking pan, cook chicken in pre-heated oven (20 minutes) @ 300 degrees or microwave on high for (10-12 minutes). Chop cooled chicken into bite-size cubes and place in a 13 x 9 inch dish. Blend soup. sour cream, wine and 1/2 tsp. of My House All Purpose Seasoning. Pour mixture over chicken, sprinkle with cracker crumbs, melted butter and poppy seed. Cook @ 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over white rice. Fried Zucchini Cut Fresh Zucchini into thin slices. Dip in water and then into flour mixed with My House All Purpose Seasoning. Fry in skillet with olive oil on medium heat until golden brown. Directions: Place pieces, skin side up, into large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle and rub in My House All Purpose Seasoning then sprinkle Paprika over chicken. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Directions: Wash potatoes - boil about 85% cooked - should still be a little firm, leave skin on - cut into small pieces. Chop up green onions, celery, hard-boiled eggs and fry up bacon and chop into small pieces. Mix potatoes, onions, celery, bacon, and eggs in large bowl, mashing some of the potatoes as you go. George's ' Veal Scallops 2 LB veal scallops, pounded thin 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp. My House All Purpose Seasoning 2 tsp. parmesan cheese 1 cup white vermouth 1 cup whipping cream 2 tablespoon canola oil
Directions: Mix the bread crumbs, My House All Purpose Seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Dip the veal in the bread crumbs to coat. Heat the oil and place the veal in the skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove the veal from the pan and keep warm. Pour the vermouth in the pan and heat, scraping up all the bits left in the pan.
